I had a skin graft on my gums below my bottom front teeth. When they removed the stitches, they cut the knot off one side of the string and pulled it through from the other side. Kinda wish they had been dissolving....
Whether the wisdom tooth is showing or not they will slice down the gum. It's a stubborn thing with a deep root. Even when they have sliced it it may not come out, and I the dentist may have to take the drill and cut the tooth into thirds.

He said those teeth have no role but if they have enough space to grow and they are fine, i don't need to take them out. Because my upper right one is just fine and also grew out with no pain. It's an evolutionary trend that primates reduced the amount of teeth as their snouts were getting shorter.

I suspect that the decrease in facial prognathism is more to do with an increase in brain size (especially in the frontal lobes).
We didn't lose the retro molar gap until about 800,000 years ago, but we've been walking upright for about 3,500,000 years. Neanderthals retained it because their crainia were more oblong.

They probably will. The loss of the gap may have started 800kya but I don't think it reached its current form until about 200kya.
