Anwar was only 40 when he was killed. His wiki page mentions he married in '94 and had 5 children. Assuming his eldest was killed and that the eldest was conceived Jan 1st '94 the oldest he could be would be 17. Since the children of U.S. citizens are also citizens even if they were born abroad...did we just blow up a U.S. minor? The son of U.S.-born militant cleric Anwar Al-Awlaki was among those killed in a trio of drone attacks in southern Yemen on Friday night, a security official said.
The attacks, carried out in the Shabwa district, killed seven suspected militants, the defense ministry said. It would not confirm that Abdul Rahman Anwar Awlaki was among them.
The senior security official in Shabwa, who did not want to be named because he is not authorized to speak to the media, said the younger Awlaki had been hiding in the mountains of Shabwa for more than eight months. He had first-hand knowledge of the death, he said.
The Awlaki family did not want to comment.
On September 30, a U.S. drone strike killed Anwar al-Awlaki, a U.S.-born miltant cleric who was a key leader of the terrorist group al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP).

Does it really matter, what if he was helping his father plan attacks?Macbeth wrote:

"The one thing I have always liked about Jesus is his lack of condemnation and his lack of denunciation: the way he mixed with all the wrong people. And the way that, although he sets out rules for life, he knows we are imperfect and we are not going to do it. So he gives us another chance, and another chance and another chance."
Ahh, McGuinness, the man who now believes the IRA 'might' have murdered people.Dilbert_X wrote:

Are they legitimate targets?
Except one was legitimized by UN resolutions, AQ activities aren't. Hence why Bush can't be tried for war crimes for the Iraq invasion.UnkleRukus wrote:
