yeah. i log in but it tells me i am not eligible for course enrolment when i click that option.
and people in your program at utm signed up on the 6th? :S
i know for UTSG we have separate start times for logging into rosi to prevent 80k people from going on and crashing the site. each year has a different week and youre assigned a time of day you can start logging in. not too sure how UTM does it though. maybe send them an email? you have a utoronto address right?
