We don't call it music, you did. Noise is anti-music. If anyone could do this, why don't they? Anyone can learn to play guitar, it doesn't make them a musician, just someone mimicking the motions of a musician. Noise like C.C.C.C. is extemporization, they're not just repeating a learned pattern/song over and over to a live audience, they are creating something brand new right there on the spot.

Maybe if we called it "sound art" you wouldn't be so quick to denounce it for not fitting into your narrow view of what encompasses "music".

still illegal under federal law but in cali the cops don't really care so long as you're respecting the plant limits and everything's good. hell i know a LAPD cop who has a grow on his property lol. i would be more worried about rippers which is why you tell absolutely no one except for those involved (and it better be someone you really know, but even then...).
