Yep, Id like to do it, but I remember someone saying that if I have 1.5 patch, then I wont be able to do it?

So how Do I really need to uninstall and patch to 1.41 only?

So what is the first step I need to do to be able to play with bots 64 single player?

later on he found out that bbuk is full of hacks and cheaters, but ken shut everything down(and he banned dauntless for a week, lol).

AFAIK, the single player bots can only utilize the confines of the small 16-player-sized maps, so playing with more bots on a larger map will only lead to them being crammed around a few flags in the middle.

Or maybe I'm completely wrong and there are mods/custom maps available to overcome this.

or make a local coop game but that only goes to 48 bots

It's completely possible with 1.5. What 1.5 won't let you do is call in artillery, UAV, or commander assets in general as a squad leader. (all requests are automatically denied, and artillery no longer automatically comes down on flags being captured anymore either.) You can still fire them manually as commander.
