man uni's in a really weird place. old building etc (but no real grounds infront of it) and it's surrounded by loads of modern glass/steel structures. from an architecture pov manchester is weird in general though

I'll be honest with you, I don;t really like the 1st building, looks more like a cheap holiday park, but the 2nd pic is very nice. That, and you have a friggin castle, so 1 ugly building isnt going to fuck that up.
