I'd be more afraid of someone with military training than someone who is a doctor by trade when it comes to bomb threats or shootings.
Oftentimes, suicide attacks end up being premature amongst the doctors and such. For example, the doctor from Pakistan that tried to blow himself up at a Scottish airport merely managed to set his SUV on fire (and himself). Also, the guy in Sweden who strapped a bomb to his belly only managed to kill himself and injure 2 others.
