How do you stop iguana bullying?

I think one of my iguanas is bullying the other one and taking all of the food. The bully is getting bigger and bigger and the bullied one is staying small because he isn't eating as much.

Aside from splitting them apart what can I do to make sure the fat one doesn't steal all the food from the little one?

Kill the bigger one and feed it to the emaciated one. Reassemble it's skeleton and place in the terrarium. Let the smaller one remember what he has done for survival.
