I play mine on my normal tv, aint HD, I use the scart/avi lead. I took it over my mates Saturday night and had a sesh on his HD tv (first time ive put it on one) and now when I plug it back into my tv, its not showing any picture.
I remember having to tell it to be in HD mode or something like that. Should I of like stuck it back in shitty mode or something?

Hmmm... Yea, i would say that it probably should've been put back into SD (standard def) mode... my guess, is probably something is refreshing/etc/ out of the t.v's normal range, and is not showing anything.

Turn off the power to your PS3 and then turn it back on again. But when you turn it on, hold down the power button until you see something on the screen.
Tut, wtf they make the ps3 for like that if you gotta remember to do that? Mind you I suppose once you plug it into ya telly, you dont change it much.

'27 when you hooked it up to the HD tv, you changed the display settings right? The PS3 saves these to it's hard drive, so it remembers what to display next time you turn it on, instead of having to change it each time etc.
Currently the resolution is out of the range your tv can handle, that's why you're not seeing anything.
