Right so I just made some crunchy tacos and for some reason it occurred to me that nobody serves tacos (restaurants or neighbors) the way that I do. Everyone knows once you pile all the toppings on once you bite into it shit falls everywhere. So for many years I have been making them the same way. A base of lettuce, cheese, sour cream, and taco sauce with the meat on top to hold it all in. It works perfectly. Why don't you people do that? It makes so much sense.
