Go to dwemer ruins. Get shit tons of soul gems as drops from the dwemer machines. Get everything filled up with lesser souls because of fucking falmer.

Took me 30mins to figure out that I need to hit it will fire or ice to focus it.
that puzzle took fucking ages even when i did know how to move it, because Spoiler (highlight to read):

One-handed and destruction is the way I go when not shooting things with sneak-arrows. It was really a no-brainer, unless I wanted to merely club skeletons with a giant hammer.
