hey guys, just a quick question: how do you get chickens? i've been wandering around for like 2 hours now and i haven't managed to collect a chicken nor a pig. i bought this game on the understanding that you can collect lots of pretty neat farmyard animals but atm im confused. is there a tutorial?

oooh that's the chicken. building a pretty cool enclosure atm, so hard to get things proportional/symmetrical though! but you take an odd sense of pride in it, haha. pretty addictive

minecraft is depressing i can't find any other pigs to join my one lonely sow (which i have named gertrude, after gertrude stein, because my wider project atm is to rebuild the parisian café where the anglophone intelligentsia gathered in the inter-war years to produce some of the greatest modernist works of art. i'll post it on youtube when it's done).
