Because it breaks every time the chunk is unloaded and has to be restarted. The minecart loop has been running for about a month uninterrupted.

I doubt it's necessary for stuff like the rail lines. That stuff is clicked on and off rather infrequently and they are spaced pretty far apart. Putting twenty switches together in a circuit that constantly turns on and off? Yeah, probably a bad thing.

It is fine to keep the sensors on the rails leading out of exchange and as well as keeping the lighthouse.  BUt, no machines using them at all from this point on.  In the future when the game is better optimized we can try to see if it generates lag still.

Feel free to build around outpost01 (which I say is renamed to Jolly_Roger), but try to keep it in with the feel of the place.
Buildings should mostly be wood variants and make cool pirate themed stuff!

I got an idea for a building there, but I'm going to have to haul over several full inventories of wood. May get on it this weekend.
