You don't. Only an admin and mod can set warp points. If one of them are on ask them.

It was just a quick note, because i was getting annoyed at being stopped every 10 seconds because of a stray cart.
Another note, please stop leaving floating trees. Its bad enough minecraft already breaks the laws of physics it doesn't need your help in doing so.

1.8 I think is suppose to allow the server owner to change the height of the map. If this is true I will probably change it to 256.
