You couldn't have nearly the quality of life that you think you would have. Something as simple as a steel knife would eventually wear out and have to be replaced. You most certainly could live completely off the land, but your standard of living wouldn't be all that far removed from that of an animal. What I was trying to say, if ineloquently, is that most people who consider themselves to be survival ready really don't have any clue as to the magnitude of what they are talking about. If society did collapse, it would take 99% of the people currently living within our civilization with it, and that includes the vast majority of people who style themselves survival ready.

I know this John, for I have stated it multiple times in this thread. My beef with you is that you continuously argue that I couldnt survive and then when I educated you that Im not some hippie slouch, and that I am somewhat of a trained man you whipped your dick out for a pissing contest to make sure I knew you were beter.
