yes sir, agreed.  I myself hate it whenever I hear "la raza".  To me that is no different than saying "white power" or something corny like that.  There is nothing wrong with identify yourself with a culture and showing pride, but Im under the impression that we are all American and there really should not be any distinction between our ethnic groups and races.  But yes, the root of this issue is the integrity of the American economy and her borders.

Because the people on unemployment would rather stay on unemployment than do the shitty jobs that the immigrants will do. They're 'too good for that now' and the government, by extending unemployment benefits ad infinetum allows them to keep this false sense of worth.

They're content to sit back, wait for jobs to open up at a wage they feel they are entitled to, and then take it. Nevermind that there are a million other people with their skillset doing the exact same thing which will keep wages down right until that last person decides to get off their ass. It's become a giant game of chicken and the government is funding it.

You keep harping on immigrants as if they are the cause of any of this mess. They're just a fucking scapegoat and nothing more. California is fucked up because of your public service unions, not because of illegals flooding your state. Redirecting your anger elsewhere allows them to continue skullfucking you to death while you're distracted. Your teachers, firefighters, cops, nurses and highway workers are the culprit for your state being near bankruptcy, not the damn illegals.
