Except that no one was voting for the troll entries anyway, or at least they didn't have as many votes as the real nominees. And mods are the ones in charge of giving out badges, so why not let them make the poll and deal with it. Results seemed pretty conclusive anyway. No need to make another poll and start over because you didn't "win" or get as many votes as you wanted. Sorry, try again next time.

Lol, Matt, it's not about me not winning. I, personally, couldn't care either way, if I had a badge or not. I didn't expect to win, and was genuinely surprised to even get nominated, let alone get votes, but there were people in the poll who perhaps could have won, had the votes not gone to a troll entry.mtb0minime wrote:

Based on your new poll, the troll entries were eleven bravo, dilbert_x, -sh1fty-, with 5, 1, and 1 votes respectively. That's 7 "null" votes total. You're assuming that all seven of those people would have voted for alexb and given him the win by a mere 2 votes. Very very unlikely. If anything it probably would've been 3~4 to F7P, 3~2 to alexb, and 1 to you, or those votes would have just null voted since they don't care about the results.Finray wrote:
