You can't smell your own odour, as you get used to it.

You probably do smell.

I wouldn't leave the house if I hadn't showered the same day/the previous day

I shampoo my hair everytime I shower... that is, everytime I leave the house. Still, wouldn't go for more than 3 days without a shower.

E´ry day, cause I use gel or spray or whatver to shspe my hair and if not showered daily it gets weird and not nice.

I used to shampoo pretty much everytime I showered... but now that I have practically no hair it seems alittle pointless so I probably only do it once or twice a week

Could that be the reason you have practically no hair in the first place?

Almost 30 and still going strong, baby! I expect to keep it at least into my 40s.

I take two showers a day, and I always shampoo'd once a day as well.  Then I was told by a bunch of friends that that's bad and that I should only shampoo every other day.  So it's perfectly fine to shampoo everyday?

Depends if your hair can handle it, tbh.

There are quite some chemicals in many shampoos that aren't all that great for your hair.

says who? for me it seems like a waste of time and resources, unless you have to leave the house and interact with other people every day. If you're sitting all day on your computer, why shower?
