I shower and shampoo every day. Shampoo - rinse - shampoo - rinse - condition - leave conditioner in for at least 3 minutes - rinse.
Silky shiny smooth hair ftw.

Oh and I shampoo twice because I live in a hard water area.

incidentally, i have short hair that doesn't need shampooing, as such. but it's to be clean and smell nice

I typically shampoo everyday...every once in a while, if I don't have anywhere to be, I will skip the shampoo. It's good for your hair to get the natural oils. Also, the reason our(those of us that shampoo daily) hair gets so greasy so easily is because our bodies are overcompensating for the fact that our shampoo is drying out our scalps. I am sure that if you slowly started eliminating a day or two of shampooing, our oil production would ease up a bit.

WTF @ the people in this thread. I shower every day. I wash both my hair and body.

I cannot believe the people who shower every other day. I just got done with a 60 hour clan lan party- I took a break half way through to go home and take a shower.
