An Arab man convicted in Israel of rape because he pretended he was a Jew when he had consensual sex with a Jewish woman has called the verdict racist.

The guy lied about his name. He has ended up on rape charges for it. Lying about your name to a woman you fuck makes you a rapist?

Seems pretty fucked up to me.

I quite like the quote from the Israeli public defenders office:

Every time a man tells a woman he loves her, based on which she sleeps with him, he could be convicted of rape.

Whatever happened to a good old slap to the face. The whole rape thing is generally getting out of hand, throughout the world. Too many women misusing it and because of all the feminist bullshit they usually easily get away with it.

A man's life can be ruined even if found not guilty but accused of rape and usually the women get off easily, rape accusation is too much of a tool for them nowadays.

my bad Bertster - i thought it either was, or was not, consensual - i didn't realize there was a time limit to "consensual sex" afterwards. i realize those underage cannot consent, even if willing.for those in adulthood, i didn't realize consent had a time limit.

my bad Bertster - i thought it either was, or was not, consensual - i didn't realize there was a time limit to "consensual sex" afterwards. i realize those underage cannot consent, even if willing.for those in adulthood, i didn't realize consent had a time limit.

It's more like the consent was on the condition he was Jewish....

Also the fact the court accept the fact the sex was consensual, but that the consent didn't count because he lied about his name. Are you aware of any more ludicrous rape convictions anywhere around the world? If so I'd be very interested to see some examples of them.
