It is a discussion board, and we have a thread for general off-topic discussion called EE Chats ... the EU chat thread was for discussion of EU gaming, and when Rule #4 is no longer followed, then there will be some action taken. A thread is closed whenever it is hopelessly off-topic or when it has out-lived its usefulness. I chose to close the thread rather than ban the spammers.
