i unchecked the boxes then updated then rechecked the boxes and updated and still did not work and i have tried restarting my comp
Check this out. Red name bug STILL EXISTS!!!!
-Reapplied all filters, all boxes checked except commo and recorder.

Ok I tried the patch for 10 minutes.
A few things I noticed.
You cannot stand up immidately once u go prone, there seems to be a 2 second delay, like instantly going prone, and then trying to get up. It wont work...its like a couple of seconds before u could get back up again.
The m203 can still be used noob toob style? I didnt launch it point blank, but I launched it at someone 7 feet away from me at karkand, and I got a couple of kills.
The G3 is definitely more accurate. I used semi auto, and it works like a charm at people at long distances.
The MEC BTR-90 can shoot through walls. Cause I lay prone, and i saw my health bar diminsh and I died.

I just tried it in singleplayer and there is no minimum arming distance for the 203...was launching grenades at my feet and they went off upon hitting the ground...stupid.

Also when I spawned at suburb, I killed a sniper, and it says Ogopogo15[Teamkills]xxxxxx
Yet I got points, for defending flag, and no negative points for killing him.
Obviously the red tag bug or "hack / cheat" still exists.

I dont know, cause I couldnt get the unlocks...but I hear people said it was pretty good. it has a different sound to it and stuff.
The UAV has labels on them...that tells you which team they are on. Red = enemies & etc.

The new sniper rifle is oh so sexy. The sound can't be beat. I didn't get a chance to play with the P90 but I'm using my 1 unlock for the Sniper. The crosshairs are very thin.
