I'm handy with google sketch up, Viz and other architectural progs. I use them at work and use sketchup to create quick 3d models of buildings I am working on.
Seriously thinking of offering tourists related business like restaurants, bars, accommodation etc a service as follows.
For a fee, obviously. Build their building, be it bar, hotel etc in sketch up and get it rated and placed on google earth. Then link to a wikipedia page describing the business with contacts, photos etc.
I think allot of tourists use google earth to check out where they are going (well I do anyway) and if a building jumps out at them in 3d from a normal 2d map, they will mostly likely click on the wikipedia link and hopefully book the accommodation and/or visit the bar restaurant etc when they actually visit.

I don't think anyone is going to take this topic particularly seriously, and if someone did have a really good idea for a business they probably wouldn't post it on the internet.
