She has published opinions. They are not as numerous as some judges, but they are out there.
Yes, Solicitor General is different from sitting on the bench, but between that, clerk experience, and law school experience, her resume is well-qualified enough for the job.
Whether she would be a good fit, is a matter of varying opinion.
