of course if its your first fifa game then you just choose do you want domestic or national teams and go for that one.
i think most people buy it for the authenticity although i agree that ea sports' price tag of £40 is pretty much mugging you considering once the tournament is over the appeal is lost and the price goes down by 50% or more!
They should just release a downloadable kit patch for a tenner or something.
I dunno, there's little tweaks and changes to the engine and there's probably too much extra content to put into a patch. They should at least make it £20-£25 though similar to the Episodes from Liberty City that GTA released
true I guess, but the tweaks are pretty minimal. kinda like when they bring out skate 3 with pretty minor variations and one big 'new' thing from skate 2, pretty typical EA tbh. Either way imo world cup is defo NOT worth getting if you have FIFA 10, like it's normally pointless getting any franchise game year after year. If it were 20 quid then maybe it'd be worth it. Mind you every company possible is trying to profit from the World Cup so it's not surprising. Like you say, after the WC it'll be pretty redundant really.
