I've been on a big "juicer" kick lately, spending way too much $$ on them but I can't stop. I'm totally addicted to the buzz it gives you after you slam a glass of apple/carrot/pear/beet/celery/wheat grass/etc. It's an instant high that makes you feel like Chuck Norris.
I bought a P.O.S. juicer similar to this one. I use it almost every day. It's a high speed juicer that basiclly shaves the fruit like a cheese shredder. It works, but I hear that you miss out on a lot of the vitamins from the skin of the fruit.
There are better ones out there... like this one, but they're more expensive.
They masticate the fuit (squeeze the shit out of it) but it extracts all of the juice from the fuit/veggie.
Anyone else "juice"?
