BC2 Spawn Freezers

OK. I've been reading the last few pages of the official BC2 thread on here but I want to know more about this Spawn Freeze as I only got the game this Thursday gone. Basically, I'm pressing the enter battle button, and if I press it before the timer reaches 0 it's fine, but as soon as it get's to zero there's a slight screen freeze for 2 seconds then an added 3 - 5 second delay from when I do actually spawn. But what I think is happening is: Even though I can still see the spawn menu with the flag points I think I have actually spawned on a flag/squad mate but the game doesn't catch on automatically.

Is this the new patch or is it my pc ? Can I try anything, what do you guys recommend I try ?

As said it's anti-virus related, many AVs cause it, AVG is the usual perpetrator though.

Hmmm, what AV do you think I should use then. Because AVG hates me, 'cause when I try to 'end process tree' it keeps coming back.

Edit: Fixed now, disabled resident shield on my AVG and it worked perfectly. Cheers anyways.

Afaik you only get invites if the person adding you is online ingame when you added them. Go add me now, I'll wait for it.

lmao sorry. I didn't know you had to be online and when I added some of the other guys I knew even when they were ingame it didn't go through until about the 3rd try.
