im not saying LoL is better than DotA - in fact that was never even mentioned. We were talking about the players - and the fact some DotA fag spent the time to draw up that little cartoon speaks volumes.
FWIW, I played DotA (still do very rarely), went through the up and downs with LoL for the last 3 years or so, and started getting into DotA 2. I don't need a comparison chart on any of those games - I was probably playing them before 90% of the people currently posting in this topic. The fact DotA spawned all these offshoots speaks to how great a game it really is/was. HoN can suck balls though.

Based on Uziques witty posts I'm going to have to try them both out. I was leaning towards LoL based on my research.

I'm new to the genre so maybe a simplified version of Dota 2 would be a good starting point. I'll try em both.
