when i was 12 and found out that the foreskin was supposed to go all the way back, i started stretching and in about 1 year it was the way it supposed to.

When I was a young lad (~12) I didn't clean it properly, so I couldn't pull it back because it got all...well I donno...I just couldn't pull it back (never really knew you could anyway...) and then I started cleaning it and after always pulling back on it a little day by day I could eventually fully retract it.
