No you have to do it by plugging the phone into the computer.

This works for screenshotting on all android phones.

ok, thanks to Microwave I have finally got mine!

1st image is an attempt to capture the animation that is displays when you unlock the phone.
Notice the Nexus One background

See what Microwave did in his OP, 5 screens on the Nexus one. HTC Desire has 7 as it is an updated UI for the Android 2.1 platform.

Yeah it is really good. Probably very similar to the Stock Android Home UI, but with some different graphics and improved Widgets. They are just menu screens that keep the wallpaper tbh
