its worth it and you get decent fps

I heard that from the beta to the final game they made it run better, is this true?prototype wrote:

idk about that setup. i was playing with an 8800 gtx and it made my eyes bleed it was so laggy. if i turned my head from right to left, i missed so many frames, enemies could run past me and i wouldn't see them.mooneyno1 wrote:

When I had my E5200.
Single figures/low teens.
So goddamn gorgeous though.
I run it fine on my MacBook Pro (old one) with 512 MB graphics mem on 9800, Dual core 2.4 GHz, and 2 GB RAM...
Low settings though...
Dont trust systemrequirementslab, its based on requirements set by the game designers who just give false hope so more people would buy their product, instead using data from real testsmooneyno1 wrote:

How can you say that? I tested it against my old PC, my new one through half the upgrade and then at completion. The settings were all accurate (barely play it, kinda play it, play it very well).RoaringJet[FIN] wrote:

To be honest, at your computers specs even with every on ultra low it's going to be choppy as. I know this because my old comp had a better system requirement score, and pulled on average 15 fps.
I feel your pain bro.mooneyno1 wrote:

2 months ago I had an AMD Athlon 64 x2 5200+, 2GBb DDR2, ASUS M2N-MX SE, Nvidia 8500GT, 120GB total HDD space.
All up my upgrade cost my pretty much bang on $1k.
Now I've got a new computer I kinda want to show it off a little...
WTF?!Finray wrote:

I reckon if you disabled it then ran it your result would improve, but if you know you can already play the game there seems little point in doing so.Finray wrote:
I use it for my third screen, so no.
Every hardware configuraton is invidual, you cant just pick one and say "this will run perfectly on high settings" without first testing it on the actual game, Ive tried it few times and it claims you can run GTA4 smooth with 5yr old hardware.. When even the 1000e high end systems struggle with it on all maxJaekus wrote:
