I'm not saying I support the BNP, but they have some ideas I do agree with. I wouldn't vote for them though on Defence, they will just reignite N Ireland, destroy relations with the US and pull us out of Afgan far too early.

I do agree though on defence about keeping a modern Nuclear deterrant and producing our arms at home.

For the anti-EU type UKIP would make more sense, the BNP would turn the country into an isolated closed nation effectively like some sort of North Korea, always harking on about self sustainability and such which wouldn't work

Like I said....people usually don't think things fully through or understand the full consequences of things

I've always said I am for UKIP and will probably vote that way.

Well they managed to do pretty well at the elections in March 09. Considering their party funds and membership size.

I happen to agree with them the most, so I'm not going to subscribe to voting for "the lesser of two evils" in a 2 party system. I'll vote for whoever I agree with the most.

I'll give you a more accurate compass using the one I'm about to create.

1 is extreme left and 100 is extreme right.

Labour, 49

Conservative, 51.

There we go, that's how much differant they are once in power.

You can't just do a left/right composite, it's entirely inaccurate. You have to differentiate between social and economic issues, they are not linked.

Left and Right doesn't take into account Up and Down, with authoritarian and libertarian.

The 2008 Conservative Party would've been 'my cup of tea'.

I actually thought Nick Clegg did very well in the debate last night.  Cameron was meh (although his make up was tremendous) and Brown failed in a Nixon-esque fashion, it was always going to be more difficult for him though.
Really?

I thought Clegg was very good. Brown was mediocre, dull but sounded sensible and competent. Cameron was awful, just awful. I don't think he could've come across much worse.

I'm probably going vote Lib Dem.

It sounds like you need a non-racist version of the BNP.

I guess the closest thing to that is either the UKIP or the Greens. .
What are you talking about mate the greens are the complete opposite of the BNP

BNP are arseholes.
he means both support pulling out of the eu?
You got it...

Lost, I realize that Greens and the UKIP are way different and that Greens and the BNP are as well.

However, when it comes to fighting EU integration, they're all around the same level.

And honestly, with this whole Greece mess, moving away from the EU should be your first concern.  Granted, it's your country, not mine.

Always planned to vote Lib dems, though I am also quite close the green party in reality and beliefs. I do prefer the beliefs of the lib dems though.

Party
Liberal Democrats:

63%
Green Party:

59%
British National Party:

34%

Not sure how it got BNP at 34% as I am personally pretty much against every policy they have but oh well.
