Um, unless I misread the thread, Kenny was alive in the facebook episode.
On the topic of season 9, what is the general conses on "Die, Hippy, Die"? I thought it was a classic.
There were definitely funnier episodes, but not ones crafted as finely as The Losing Edge.Doctor Strangelove wrote:
I never really liked The Losing Edge. Even though I can relate to it completely I've never found it that funny
Some of the recent episodes have been pretty dumb, especially scrotie mcboogerballs... And the waterpark one... couple others as well. The marijuana kfc thing was pretty funny though.

What a surprise that they got sand in their vaginas after this episode...

Watched both eps (200/201) definitely one of the best episodes I've seen on South Park, so much nostalgia... and it was all done so well. As for the whole Muslims getting angry, I can understand the anger perhaps, but I don't understand the need to resort to violence and threats all the time. Cocks.
I must admit, I was surprised by how far they went with Buddha though

The ending, I laughed for a minute straight!

that's pretty insane if true...
They censored the name "Mohammad" all the other "censoring" in the episode was intentional.Lucien wrote:

There was a sorry message up on southparkstudios the other night. As far as I know, they still need network approval before posting their unmodified version online.Aries_37 wrote:

A Statement from Matt and Trey
In the 14 years we've been doing South Park we have never done a show that we couldn't stand behind. We delivered our version of the show to Comedy Central and they made a determination to alter the episode. It wasn't some meta-joke on our part. Comedy Central added the bleeps. In fact, Kyle's customary final speech was about intimidation and fear. It didn't mention Muhammad at all but it got bleeped too. We'll be back next week with a whole new show about something completely different and we'll see what happens to it.

Haven't seen the episode, but knowing the FCC and what they do (they're the reason you don't hear goddamn in any songs on the radio anymore) they had something to do with it.Flaming_Maniac wrote:

The FCC would not have censored this. It really was all Comedy Central/Viacom.seymorebutts443 wrote:
