Well I'm off skiing in America tomorrow and just wondering what there slopes compare to our slopes in the Alps and UK and what the difficulty of there runs are like as to whether they are similar to ours or not?

Pretty sure there's like 1 or 2 resorts. Not bad I guess.

Mammoth is the best in socal though. Several other decent ones in cali too.

There's good skiing in the Flagstaff area of Arizona. When I went to the Grand Canyon as a kid there was two feet of snow on the ground

We used to have a condo in Breckenridge.. The slopes were brilliant, but the queues were looooooong.

Ski'd a few times in Vale, it was pretty good, Beaver Creek is awesome.
