I've seen this IRL, a bit disturbing tbh as it was just skin and flesh where the eyes should be. The kid was still smiling and laughing with the others around her though.

It's terrible if you find this funny.

My biggest fear is to be a father of an unhealthy or abnormal/disabled baby. I know it sounds terrible but I just don't think I could handle it. Laughing at someone's misfortune and especially when it's regarding an innocent child is shameful, anybody who finds humor in this article should be ashamed of yourself.
