Actually, I'm 21. The house was inherited, but I have enough money that I can pay it off in one lump sum now. I just need to see how the bank wants to handle it. I could have done it the normal way and paid it off in about 20 years, but right now I'm trying to keep my personal debt to a minimum.burnzz wrote:
