I won't, but it's good to know. I've only seen one other guy deadlift at my gym, so I had to learn the technique from vids/written steps. It's a good thing I can come here for advice. I'll keep it in mind.

Ummm, well ok I guess. Just lifting hard and eating right now.  The wife says I should try to get to 230lb by December (whcih would put me about 12 weeks out).  Seeing strength and size gains which is nice, hovering at about 210-212lb right now.  It just seems impossible to gain that much more weight (especially without any gear). Im just playing it by ear really, If i dont make weight by december I will prob do a later show.

Nice man. Loving the tan btw:p In Belgium we call those 'cyclists arms'.


Anyway, school finishes at 6.30PM this semester for me Meaning if I workout I can't get home and get a meal in before 8.30PM. And I usually eat at 6PM, so yeah. Thinking bout moving my friday workout to thursday. I'd be working out on monday-wednesday-thursday then though.. not sure yet what I'm gonna do.

Can you pack food and take it with you?  thats what I do... Get a small collapsable cooler and put your food in there.  Tuppeware and a cooler has saved my life.

I probably could. Friday is my busiest day though, 8 hours of hearing colleges and I can't afford to skip a single one. Also, Thursday is a free day.

what would you 3 day split consist of?  You'll prob be ok.  I wouldnt sweat moving the Firday lift to Thursday.

Monday: Chest/Biceps
Wednesday: Legs/Shoulders
Thursday/Friday: Back/Triceps

So it should be fine, I guess.

Only going to be like this for 2 more months.. After that I get a new class schedule.

Maybe you should lead off with legs/shoulders.  I always hate training back after legs.

No issues with that yet. I can't go that hard on legs anyway so it doesn't bother me that much.

Have to start visiting the airport gym, haven't worked out in over a week and haven't eaten that well because I've been so busy.
Should be able to do more when I actually start flying and have some free time.

Ive never heard that.. I like to keep it up, just makes it easier to keep my chest out and back straight.

hm, oh well.  anyway, im wondering if i eat enough before i go workout for track:

6 AM: cup of soy milk, scoop of protein powder, and banana blended into a shake
9:30 AM: protein bar
12:45 PM: 6 inch sandwich with turkey, pepperjack, tomatoes, lettuce, and pickles
3:45 PM: track workout, including plyometrics, weightlifting and core
5:30-6 PM: two pieces of pumpernickel covered with grain.  1 with jam, the other with peanut butter.  (but i dont eat them together because pb&j is nasty)
7 PM: whatever's for dinner

the reason i ask is because on wednesday i felt a little nauseous and light headed while doing my squats.  but friday i felt fine.  also, i drink a cup of water every hour.

Just got back from a good chest and triceps day, was feeling really lazy on the run to the gym, but it turned out good. Feels like I'm making a lot better progress with my triceps this time around, unlike a few years back. Using JeFit for Android to help me remember my previous routines.
