you're pretty much safe growing a few plants if you keep it low key (IRL), there's so many ppl showing off big grows online and they aren't even in med states lol,
seed receiving is fine too, in the rare occasion that your order gets seized the postal service just leaves a note saying it got seized and takes yer seeds.
