Hmm I think ctrl alt 4 is easier.. you can easily do it with your left hand without having to stray too far from the home keys. Alt gr 4 needs 2 hands or big stretching. vOv

actually, i just watched myself do it, when i'm typing both my hands are over the keyboard anyway. So holding alt gr with my right thumb needs no additional stretching
