It's sitting there watching someone plant the bomb, then defusing it. I've even gotten that bonus for getting to them right as they finished planting, knifing the guy, then defusing it.

Wish I could find a list of ways to get more points in this game, I'm getting pissed off by the endless campers. Seems like in this game, unlike BF2, at least so much, being a high rank indicates nothing about your 'skill' with the game, just your skill at finding a dark corner to hide in and wait for an unsuspecting enemy (i.e. me) to come waltzing past your noobtoob.

It has everything to do with how many hours you have put into that game, that's all.

well of course skill is relative innit. But in BF2 at least if you have a general rank you've done everything in the game - jets, helis, armour, the whole lot. Maybe just cos BF2 is a much more varied game than cod. But yeah I'd say you need more gaming skill to be a general at BF2 than codmw2.DeathUnlimited wrote:

You need more gaming skill to be good at BF2 than MW2 but ranks don't mean anything. I could make a general account in BF2 in a month's time by only using claymores and idling in vehicles.
