You know with visual astethics being a huge aspect of coolers, I have been waiting for someone to put a Black Anodized Aluminum cooler on cards for awhile, I think it would looks sick.

You can't see the heatsink anyway. Its already packed in black plastic/metal box already.

I was talkin about the shroud panzer, not the actual fins. I'd like to see a shroud that has clean lines, and matching say... a lian li case. not some plastic alien looking shroud, something that says quality, like it should when your spending 250-600 on a video card.

Seriously, I don't know if anyone can really be a fanboy. I used to favour nVidia to the exclusion of AMD, and then the 4850 came along, so I got that as an upgrade. I'm just looking for the best performance for a reasonable price.

yup, at release the 5850 is selling for about a 100 CAD less than the 285 while just out performing it. Thats part of the reason I'm moving back to ATI.
