What pisses me off is people on facebook saying shit like 'cant belive how tired I am' 'im so tired' - Shurrup ya fucking girl.
I haven't been able to sleep properly for years. The only time I ever get a decent sleep is if I have drank alot. Very rarely do I actually fall asleep before 12/1 am.
i sleep like a baby.
i really enjoy my sleep i do, if i wasn't for work i could quite happily sleep 10-12 hours easily.
i have a £500 mattress. Helps.

Blackbelts are just whitebelts who have never quit.
Spliffs are what help me the best. I used to think 'I cant sleep at all if I cant have a smoke 1st' but you cant stay awake all night if its 'dry' and thus you fall asleep. I woke up and was like 'well thats out the window then, cool - I can live my life without the ganja' Wish I could say the same about the Flange.
No you dont, who you kidding. You snore like mad and fart like a horse, and you pulled the covers off me I was bastard freezing.m3thod wrote:

Ah. Acupuncture is teh shit! Headache gone and the ol' back is painless again. Nice.
Good mattress is good to have. My bed is custom made and it cost me around 4000€. And I got a hefty discount since I knew the owner of the companym3thod wrote:

While we're talking about sleep...
Lately I've been setting my alarm farrrr to early in the morning (6am) with a snooze set at intervals of 9 minutes. I never actually intend to get up at 6, but I do it to see how many different dreams I can have (and remember) in those brief 9 minutes lapses. I've only done this for two morning now, but the things you come up with in that 1/2 conscious state are fascinating. My record is 7 separate and full-length dreams/thoughts in a row.
I won't be doing it anymore though. I value real sleep too much.

I love that feeling you get when you fall back asleep after the snooze thing
since where talking about sleep;
I've got two muscle cramps in two nights.
FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-

FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-
I can do that the other way round, when I'm trying to fall asleep. Especially during the daytime. In that half-awake state, dreams affect thoughts and vice versa. It's awesome.Pochsy wrote:

I sometimes can, but its amazing how fast you forget them, and how you only remember a bit of it sometimes. Or is that just me?
I read somewhere that within 30 mins of waking you'll forget 80% of a dream because we have busy lifestyles. Can't rememebr where though
