that's the problem - computer 2 doesn't connect to the internet at all with the router. doesn't matter if I disconnect computer 1, change ports, etc. no connection at all. But if I connect computer 2 directly to the cable modem it works.

Just did the build for my brother's 2nd PC. Pretty amazed with it for the price ($900). The case is amazing considering it cost $69. Right up there with CM 690 II level cases but for almost half the price.

It's not fully at CM 690 level. It doesn't have tool-less rails for all its HDD bays, the cable routing holes don't have rubber gromits, and it could have a little more room on the inside. But compared to other budget cases i've used before around the same price (CM C5, Antec 300, Antec 100) it is light years ahead. And yes, the colour does look better in real life

They suck in both time and quality. Besides the amount of time lining them up, light exposure isn't consistent. Get a dedicated film scanner. Just feed it and you are done, one after the other, with consistent position and quality.Dilbert_X wrote:

Got my new XPS i7 laptop a few days ago. After installing Windows Ultimate 7, and updating everything, I got the dreaded CPU whine. Happens only when I unplug the power. Gotta get it RMA'ed or replaced. Fuck. I was so going fap mode, to get my Adobe suite up and running, and doing some web design work. /cries and cries and cries...
it sucks when you get a nice big expensive shiny toy and it doesn't work properly. i had that with one of my turntables that i purchased. it was delivered FUBAR and not-fixable for any realistic amount of money. that really ruined a week of waiting for the courier delivery...

I'm thinking about swapping 2500K to 3570K and Gene-z to something like Maximus V Formula Z77 soon. Waiting for reviews and oc results first tho. Getting S23A700D Samsung back from 2233RZ RMA and I could use some gfx power, such as GTX 680 SLi.
What would probably make most sense is 3570K, keep my Gene-Z and get whatever GTX 690/HD 7990 comes out and save loads of € by skipping >300€ motherboard.

The S23A700D is a very nice monitor, I got myself one a few months ago.
