Yep. Can't see them suing Samsung if they release a similar tablet, because I would assume it is Samsung that has the patents for the screen/processor, and apple probably doesn't want to advertise the fact they had to rely on their competition for technology.

Apparently, Apple's usual screen producers (LG and Sharp) simply couldn't manufacturer the display.

I think apple design their own processors and have always used Samsung to manufacture them, nothing wrong with that, and I assume they have all kinds of NDAs in place, it's hardly like Samsung will be free to do what they want with it.

You can use newegg's list as a reference of what to look for. It helped me when turning a friends PC into something usable.(While ago.)

-1006MHz GPU Core and shaders, no hot clock
-1536 CUDA cores
-6+6pin power connectors
-TDP <200W (perf/w supposed to be very good)
-new TXAA AA mode, you can force FXAA through NVCP
-competes with HD 7970 in performance
-similar price to HD 7970
