The differences between Office 2007 and 2010 are negligible. I have Office 2007 on my computer but have Visio 2010. I see no point in upgrading the rest of the suite unless I can get 2010 for free (currently talking to Microsoft Austria about getting them to give my university access to it via MSDNAA; we have the entire Office suite from 2003-2010 but have nothing from Excel/Office/Powerpoint...).

do you have a rivet gun?

i would drill out the rivets, paint the pieces individually, and then put it back together.
