Get the 2gb gpu, how much memory do you get for free? You wont notic a difference in a .1ghz speed increase but you might notice the extra 2mb cache.

about the memory: i took off the 4gb and 6gb memory options that were cheaper because well, they prolly arent good enough im sure you'll agree.

Unless you are running higher than 1080p (like triple monitor or 2560x1600 30") any GPU can't utilize more than 1GB VRAM to cause any performance degradation, period.
