So if I bought a Samsung monitor several months ago and I'd like to RMA it (still under 3 yr manufacturer warranty), am I fucked now cause I didn't make an account and register it on the Samsung site?
So Ive made the switch from IE to FF.
IE keeps failing to load more than 1 tab/window. Fucking annoying.

Alright thanks. I wasn't sure if it was like EVGA graphics cards where you have to register the file within a month (I think) of purchasing.TravisC555 wrote:

Your thoughts, insights, and musings on this matter intrigue me
In fact, I think that was what I did with my monitor, didn't register it immediately after purchase and I had to send it in.ebug9 wrote:

Disk Management should have that, shouldn't it?
Recommend me some good media/music library/organizer/player apps for the blackberry please. The default one keeps detecting some older files that have been deleted and puts them in the list of songs, but won't let me play them because they're not there obviously and also there's a ton to go through one by one and delete them. Maybe I should reformat the memory card?
So I compared Apple's Mac Pro to a custom build with the same specs, after this, just out of interest, and goddamn, I didn't expect the difference to be so great.
Sure, I'm missing a few peripherals and stuff, and the mobo you'd need isn't on ebuyer ($600/£380 on Newegg) but goddamn, 4k difference?

Fin, we need to take away your tech badge. It's a given, when comparing tgp of the line rigs, there is always a huge price disparity between home builds and major brand builds. More so with Apple products.
Yeah I know there would be but I didn't expect £4k..
honestly, it was won in a popularity contest - i haven't seen any answers that a google search couldn't reproduce.Ilocano wrote:

If it was a popularity contest I would have been last on the list.burnzz wrote:

Nothing new, and you don't need a $600 board (I'm guessing your talking about the SR-2) you can get get an actual sever/workstation board for half thatFinray wrote:

Oh and a dual socket board isn't going to fit in the 690 fyi.
I'm going to break whoever thought it was a good idea to open the door behind my TV without removing the TV first.

The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP
