Different PSU and possibly multiple ones?  Its a little over my head   I'd assume you could split the power connection somehow, theres no way a drive needs that much power

It's like an Ipad, except it's not made by Apple.
The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

Soon people will call it the $35 iPad probably. Since when did iPad become synonymous with tablet. Fucking media.

Same shit happened with iPod and MP3 player.

Hate it when people refer to jack2 plugs in cars as "iPod connections"... I mean wtf, you can plug ANYTHING with an audio out into it...

Lol, that's the advantage of being first to market such a product. Any time something remotely similar pops up, the iPad will be referenced.. and provide free advertising..

Forgetting something, what about Lenovo tablets? Saying they are not done well?

Apple just took the marketing to whole new level.

Indeed... even old HP Tablets from the 90s outspecced the ipad in the same form-factor...

I didn't even know Lenovo made tablets. Having looked it up, I think I've seen one person in my entire life using one. It may be a great product.. but selling the concept to the average consumer wasn't done well. So yes, you are right.. Apple took the execution of the marketing and sales to a whole new level.. which is why I said they were the first to successfully bring the tablet to the mass consumer market - 3 million units sold in just a few months.

So if I sold 3 million cans of my own feceas that would be a good product aswell?

The reason Lenovo didn't market them to consumers is the lack of need... few consumers have the need for a tablet over a laptop, apple simply used its fanboys and hypemachine to sell people a product they only want because of the illusion of "status" said product (in their opinion) contains...
