very simple question and I do expect flaming

I live in the US and I do not have any health insurance

I currently need to go have a blood test done ASAP
to find out if I have ANY STDs

How much will this cost me and where is the best place to go?

a hospital?
an urgent care facility?
a kit through the mail?

I am employed
make decent money
and I do not want to go to a "free clinic"

I've used a place called quest diagnostic for bloodwork. The prices are very reasonable. You know, if you donate blood they screen it for free right?

you can check your white pages of doctors offices that do the drug screening for companies - they are usually in the neighborhood of $40 - $80

Quest diagnostic is a pretty good service that my University's medical center uses for blood/lab work. The costs vary depending on what tests you are getting, but it shouldn't set you back more than 150 bucks.
