i already went mate. cycled down this outstandingly beautiful scenic trail in a place called the wye valley, along the riverside for a good 18 miles of the trek. real nice sunny weather, stopped at a quaint olde english pub halfway for an ice-cold cider, trotted on. loads of other cyclists and walkers about, i tore past 'em on my mighty downhill steed, made it in pretty good time as well. knackered!

1 kilometer = 0.621371192 mile

20 kilometers = 12.4274238 miles

20 miles = 32.18688 kilometers

the worst thing for me is i ride a downhill mountainbike that's made for riding big trails, not distances or cross-country.

the rear-suspension on it is like pedaling on a mattress. comfortable as hell but every single pedal sucks just that liiiittle bit extra energy.

here's my beautiful steed, recently fell back in love with it these last few weeks:

that's not my actual bike but i struggle to find a good picture now, it's like 5 years old and they've re-done that model tons of times.

Looks nice, I don't really like rear suspension bikes though, not for long distance riding. I'm using a specialized bike atm, i'll take pics in the next few days, forgot the model.

my brother has a hardtail specialized, they're nice. i definitely prefer it for even-ground and cross-country stuff.

i love that bike but it's very built-for-purpose. hucking it down mountainsides and through woodland trails = great. going for a leisurely ride with some uphill as well as downhill = bit of a pain. the rear suspension does just suck up every extra bit of oomph that you give the pedals on a climb, tiring you out that little bit quicker. i still wouldnt want to ride anything else though. with those tires and that suspension i feel like a god on a chariot. other mere mortals of bikers get outta my way when they see that monster rolling through.

hope it's sunny again tomorrow so i can get out and ride some more. on a bit of a semi-fitness binge, as well as helping me to take my mind off everything!

I don't really understand what the difference is.

The other day I accidentally got the "Fierce" orange not the regular orange, which was actually a fucking tangerine flavor. Absolutely nasty.
G2 has like 30 calories and way less sugar.  IMO it tastes a lot better.

Only orange that is, the other two flavours are crap

jesus kmar that is hideous! hahaha i'd rather cruise on a segway

gooners i wish i had the effort and motivation to get into weight-training and stuff, too much bother for me though. i enjoy 'fitness' through fun exercise: biking, skating, running, football and whatever. maybe a few home-workout exercises if im feeling extra fitness conscious, which happens about once every... 3 years. weights and home-gym equipment is hardcore shit, hope you keep that up dude, i think 99% of people invest in all that crap and then put it in their closet

i normally dont give a crap about health and fitness, only lately im finding it pretty cathartic. good for clearing out the mind and just forgetting all the bullshit, getting pumped on some adrenaline and just soaking up some nice views and a cool brew. puts things in a better perspective.
